Рынок авторских прав. На данный момент он не существует как инструмент. Продажа авторских прав на литературные произведения - это всегда разовая сделка и случается она крайне редко если речь не идёт об именитых авторах.
На день написания этой статьи нет никаких рыночных инструментов способных помочь или упростить сделки такого плана.

А какие варианты у писателя для продажи авторских прав? Издательства дают слишком мало или вообще ничего не берут. Дела с электронными площадками обстоят ещё хуже. Там осуществляют только продажи, а гонорары автору даже обсуждать не хочется. Они близки к нуля. Можно попытаться экранизировать, но и здесь незадача. Писатель либо вообще не сможет представить свои работы киностудии, либо не сможет представить в том формате, какой указан в требованиях к приёму.
Я за многолетнюю писательскую деятельность не смог так и не удостоился беседы ни с одной из крупных киностудий. И как следствие не смог представить ни одну из своих шестидесяти книг . На мой взгляд, проблема не во мне, а в отсутствие механизмов, способных упростить продажу авторских прав на книги.
Назрела необходимость создания специальной площадки для торговли авторскими правами на литературные произведения
Торговля должна осуществляться во все стороны, чтобы люди купившие авторские права могли снова выставить их на продажу Нечто похожее на рынок акций.
Такая площадка интересна всем. Это по сути "новый рыночный инструмент", способный обеспечить доходы всем, кто будет в нём задействован.
Это моё субъективное мнение основанное на длительном опыте.
